Edit Image Panel

Clicking the Edit button on the main window will reveal the edit panel that slides out from the top of the window. The edit panel shows an enlarged view of the image (scaled to fit the window) as well as a tool palette on the bottom.

There are five tools available in the edit panel. The select tool allows you to select a draw object in the image. To select an object, click the Select tool and then click on the area in the image you wish to select. Grab handles will then appear allowing you to resize and position the object. The color of the fill and border can also be changed by clicking on the object fill + object border color wells.

Click the Cloud, Balloon, or Label button to insert an object. Move the mouse to position the object on the image and click the mouse again to drop the object at that location. Double click on an object to insert or edit the text in the object. The font can be changed by highlighting the text and clicking the Font button to pop open a standard Aqua Font panel.

Clicking the Crop button selects the crop tool. Click and drag the mouse over the image to make a crop area rectangle as shown above. Use the grab handles to size the crop area. To crop the image, click the crop button again; to cancel the crop, click the Select Tool.

When you are done editing the image - click the Done button.
