Step 2. Set User Preferences

There are 5 user specific options that you can set in ShutterBug Preferences:

• Go to ShutterBug-->Preferences from the Main Menu.

• Check off the first option to be automatically notified when a new update is available.

• Only check the second option if you are exporting to a .Mac account (existing .Mac

accounts still work); otherwise just leave it blank.

• If you plan to import photos from your iPhoto library, select the desired iPhoto option:

import the photo Title Only, import the photo Comments only, or import Both the title

and comments.

• Check the fourth option only if applicable to your language or the language that you

plan on writing the text content in (requires OS X 10.4 or above).

• Leave the last option unchecked.

• Click the OK button to save and close your preferences. You are now all set to
