Go beyond normal and commonplace with a little creative use of the copy/paste buttons.

Create interesting borders for your images like the ones below. Pressing the copy button

puts your image on the clipboard and paste brings the image back in - sort of like layering,

to create some interesting effects.

To create the second image follow these easy steps:

First, create the inside image of the frog with the heart-shaped border and the talking

balloon. Scale the image to the size you want. Be sure to select .tiff as the type of file to

keep the quality while doing the copy/paste trick. Now press Copy to export the image, then

Paste to re-import the image into ImageWell. Or in other words, Paste the image back into

the image well.

Follow the next four steps, as illustrated below:

Step 1.  Use the square draw tool in the Edit window and draw a huge square around

your image.

Step 2.  Go back to the main window and copy and paste the image.

Step 3.  Go to the Shape tab, and select a new shape, border, and drop shadow.

Step 4.  Go to the Edit window and crop the image to the desired size. That's it,

you're done!
