XtraLean Support Forums - For self-help and the most up-to-date information, please visit our support board. This board
contains Tips and Tricks, the latest builds for public and beta releases, and a helpful and friendly user community to help you
get the most out of our products. The latest updates, fixes, and announcements for future releases are all contained at this
board as well. Product forums include ImageWell, ShutterBug, DataLore and the latest beta versions.
ImageWell V3 Online User Manual - This manual is a handy and helpful guide to help get you started with ImageWell
Version 3. It will help you get better acquainted with the new interface and provides illustrated explanations and instructions
on using all of the great new features. This manual can also be accessed from ImageWell Help on the main menu, along with
a few other helpful resources. This manual is a work in progress and a draft of the PDF version is available here.
ShutterBug Online User Manual - The user manual covers every section of the user interface and all the editing tools,
including "How To's" to help you get the most out of ShutterBug. The manual contains a list of other available resources for
ShutterBug, and also includes a Quick Start Guide. A pdf version of the manual can be downloaded here (PDF is for SB V2.0).
ShutterBug Tips and Tricks - A variety of tips and tricks for leveraging the features and capabilities in ShutterBug are
available from the ShutterBug Tips and Tricks forum at our support board.
ShutterBug Land - This is a site for registered ShutterBugs offering dozens of new themes and templates for free download.
Complement your existing theme library with some of these great new designs.
DataLore Screencast Demo - Be sure to view this quick 3 minute demonstration of DataLore in action. This demo is both
informative and helpful, and will give you a quick rundown of the basic features as our developer performs an actual search,
locally and on the network.

email us at support@xtralean.com and we'll try to assist you in the quickest way we can. Questions are answered within 24
hours from Monday to Friday. During the weekend hours, we may check the support box and we may even answer tech
support on the weekends, but no guarantees.
PLEASE NOTE: If you use a spam filter on your email and your tech support question "appears" to go unanswered, please
check your spam filter box - our reply just might be sitting in the box. If you are experiencing difficulty with your email
program, another option is to post your tech support question at our support forums.
